Natasha joined StreetSquash in 2019. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in General-Theoretical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Walden University. Natasha has spent her career working with young people in higher education, providing behavioral stabilization and support interventions to foster care youth, and serving as a Director of Youth Services at PRAB, a human services organization serving over 30,000 individuals and families annually in New Jersey.

Prior to joining StreetSquash, Natasha was a Program Coordinator in the School of Arts and Sciences Educational Opportunity Fund at Rutgers University.
