Thank you for applying to StreetSquash’s Summer Discovery program. Your application has been received. 

Please note that summer enrollment is on a first-come-first-serve basis and enrollment is currently full.

You are on the waitlist in the event a current registrant is no longer able to participate.

If a spot opens up for your child(ren), you will receive a notification with a link, asking you to sign additional waivers. You will also receive a link to a portal to upload a current physical for your child. Please click here to obtain a copy of the document that we need your child’s doctor to fill out.
