Are you motivated, high-energy, patient, and committed to making a difference in the lives of young people? Then StreetSquash is the place for you! And no worries, you don’t have to be a squash pro to volunteer with our program either.
At this time, StreetSquash is offering only in-person volunteering opportunities. From the squash court to the classroom, we are excited to welcome you to our program!

Corporate Volunteering
We are also always seeking corporate partners for our program. We connect with corporations in the Tri-state area for group volunteer outings, office visits, and other support opportunities. If this is something that your organization is interested in, please contact info@streetsquash.org.

Summer Discovery Volunteering
StreetSquash offers a six-week summer camp held on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Summer volunteer opportunities available include:
• Tutoring
• Squash Assistant
• Chaperoning campers to and from the pool, parks, and lunch
Please note that the following items are required for our summer volunteers:
• An up-to-date resume
• An updated physical from your doctor dated on or after August 15, 2026. (Your doctor can submit this form)
• Permission to run a background check
Volunteer applicants who don’t provide an updated resume or physical will not be allowed to volunteer. These items are required by the New York City Department of Health. There are no exceptions.
When filling out our volunteer application, you will be required to submit your resume. If you don’t have an updated physical yet, you’ll have an opportunity to submit that at a later time. But you can still submit the volunteer application without it.

- • After you submit your volunteer application, fill out the background check form, submit your resume, and submit your physical, a staff member will be in touch with you to confirm your volunteer schedule.
