StreetSquash participated in the nationwide celebration of National Girls & Women in Sports Day on Feb. 4. The day started with our participants watching a squash exhibition between two members of the Columbia University Women’s Squash team. Students then had the opportunity to ask them questions.

Then in the evening, we opened our facility to the entire community and offered a free women’s squash clinic to players of all skill levels. Three dozen community members attended, with many trying out the sport of squash for the very first time.
