StreetSquash made history as its High School Boys’ team won a fourth consecutive SEA Team Championship—the first SEA program to ever achieve such a feat. The team, composed entirely of seniors, capped off their final competition together in spectacular fashion.

“I’ve been playing with these guys since sixth grade,” said Osiris Perez, one of the team members. “They’ve been motivating me to play squash every day, and it feels great to win with the team I train with every day.”

Julian Cardenas, another senior on the team, added, “It was our last one. We all gave it our all. At the end of the day, we all love each other.”

Over the course of three matches throughout the weekend, the boys’ team dominated, losing only two of the 15 individual matches played.

The StreetSquash Middle School Girls also brought home hardware, securing an impressive third-place finish.

Meanwhile, StreetSquash made history by sending an Elementary School team to the event for the first time. Despite being down a player due to illness, the team put on a strong showing, finishing in fourth place.

The Middle School Boys also delivered a standout performance, earning fourth place—a major improvement from the previous year, thanks to an additional year of experience.

The High School Girls fought hard on the court as well. Despite an injury to one of their top players, they battled through the competition and finished in sixth place.
